This document is the general Terms and Conditions of the www.kincsemallatpatika.hu online shop. Read it carefully before ordering!

2. Purchasable products

The www.kincsemallatpatika.hu webshop offers a wide range of products – mainly for dog, cat, horse, reptile-and bird keepers. Users can find animal food, furniture, animal vitamin, cosmetics and other accessories in the shop.

2. General informations about the ordering process

Users can place an order with-or without registration. The represented value is in hungaryan forint (HUF) and it includes VAT – however, it does not include shipping cost.

Shipping cost is calculated during the ordering process.

3. The ordering process

a. Shopping basket

Users can put a product into a virtual shopping basket by klicking on the paw appearing next to the price. From the product page users may do the same by klicking on the paw next to  the amount to be ordered.

Shopping basket can be reached by klicking on the paw in the upper right corner. Users may change the content of the baket, or empty it in case they want to.

b. Finishing the order

Users can navigate from the basket to the ordering page, where they can fill in their shipping address, their billing address, and they can choose paying method. They can also place an order from here and log into their account.

4. The importance of order confirmation e-mails

Provider must send a confirmation e-mail  to the user in less than 48 hours after processing the order. In case it is not sent, the user may refuse to pay for the order.

The order confirmation e-mail must contain the following data:

• Name
• Shipping address
• Billing address
• Shipping method
• Payment method
• Orderd item’s name

In some cases the e-mail arrives to the SPAM folder, but the contract is still considered signed. It means that the user must pay for the ordered products.

5. Our customer discount programme

All the registered users are part of our customer discount programme. It means that they get 1 point after every 100 HUF they spend - 1 point is equal to 1 Ft. Customers can use their points in their future orders – in the paying process.

6. Order processing informations

Users can place orders all day, every day, but the Provider processes orders from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 4 pm only. Orders placed out of this time period may be processed during the next workday.

7. Shipping informations

Packages should arrive in 3-4 wordays aftre processing the order.

8. Payment informations, methods

The shop provides different types of payment options:

• Paying with credit card (both online and offline)
• Paying with bank transfer
• Paying with cash on delivery

In case of bank transfer, user must transfer the ammount to the given bank account in 4 days. After the payment arrieves, the Provider begin to process the order. The exact bank account informations can be found in the order confirmation e-mail.

Paying on delivery has an extra cost of 1270 Ft.

9. Billing informations

Billing is processed by Számlázz.hu and it creates a receipt to the user. After the amount of the order is paid, the item becomes the user’s property – before this the item legally belongs to the Provider.

10. The right of withdrawal

• According to legal requirements users have the right to withdraw from the contract after placing an order and before receiving it. Users can also live with this right in 14 days after the delivery of the product. In order to do that, they must fill in the proper form and send it to the Provider.
• Users can not live with the right of withdrwal in case of some products, such as animal foods and vitamins – if the package is opened or injured. This has hygenical and healthcare reasons.
• Products must be returned to the Provider in perfect condition.
• Shipping prices must ba payed by the user.
• Products must be returned to the Provider as soon as possible, in maximum 14 days after sending the withdrawal form.
• The price of the product must be paid back to the user as soon as possible, in maximum 14 days after receiving the product from the user.
• Companys can not live with the right of withdrawal.

11. Responsibility

Special animal foods and healthcare products should be used only when it is advised by a veterinary. The Provider is not responsible for symptomes caused by incorrect usage.

Products should be used correctly and reasonably – the Provider is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse.

Prescription-only medicines can not be purchased without prescription! If a user does not have the right prescription, the Provider has the right to change or delate the order.

12. About copyright

All the content (image, video, text) appearing on the www.kincsemallatpatika.hu belongs to the Provider, and it can be used only after asking for written permission.

13. About complaint handling

Users can reach out to the Provider with their complaints in different ways:

The Provider must answer the complaint in 72 business hours, and offer a solution method. Users my reject the answer, and turn to the Consumer Protection service, or to the local Conciliation Board.
